Young Life in Clatsop County

Young Life North Coast covers all of Clatsop County - Seaside, Astoria, Cannon Beach, Gearhart, Knappa, Warrenton, and more.

Clatsop County is the home of Young Life's Breakaway Lodge, but Young Life doesn't stop there!  We think the world of kids in this area. We believe that they deserve to know what life can hold for them, especially when things are tough right now. Young Life leaders are caring adults who come sharing that hope as well as fun and lasting friendships with kids. Young Life is also all about fun. From club and camp to Campaigners and other activities, teenagers will have blast laughing, trying new things and being with their friends.

We have leaders helping with sports teams, mentoring students, and simply being there for our high school and middle school aged friends.

Young Life and WyldLife are currently on break for the summer, but we'll be back soon.

Without volunteer leaders, Young Life and WyldLife just wouldn't happen.  Leaders are committed to being a part of kids' lives -- from supporting them at their school events to listening to them talk about what's important in their lives. Our leaders help kids consider the direction of their lives, and they offer hope for their future.

North Coast Young Life currently has two active groups.  Seaside Young Life and then WyldLife for the students of Broadway Middle School.   It's our desire to have a male and female leader for every grade level, but we're not there yet.  The teenagers of our area deserve caring adults in theirs lives and Young Life is a great way for that to happen.
